About Mediation
Mediation is the informal, yet legally recognized process of having a trained and neutral third-party professional help facilitate conversation to find a mutually acceptable agreement where the parties could not find it previously.

Confidentiality is vitally important to any mediation session with Certified Mediations. It is a privileged conversation between a Kansas State Supreme Court approved mediator and the clients who are involved.

Basically, mediation helps you come up with an acceptable decision and plan of action.

Amended from list by Mr. Art Thompson, Dispute Resolution Coordinator, Office of Judicial Administration, State of Kansas

Certified Mediations will work with you to define the issues, discuss options, and assist you in coming up with an agreement.

We will draw up a statement representing your final resolution. You can then present this paperwork to your attorney or judge.

Mediation saves time, money, and aggravation. It offers all parties a voice in the process.

Mediation offers you the opportunity to create, feel comfortable with, and follow thru with, the outcome.
